- 36" and 42" clocks will be shipped as three sections that are easy to assemble.
Product Description
Our clocks are the perfect addition to your farmhouse and rustic home decor. The clocks are made with real rough-cut lumber for a managed forest near the foothills of the Adirondacks. You can still see the circular saw marks from the old circular saw mill. The lumber is air dried for more then a year before we use it. The front boards are held together on the back side by wooden back straps that are screwed together. We do not glue them together because glue can dry out fall apart. Once built and cut into a circle we put on several layers of paint. After a few days we can distress the clock reveling the layers of paint. The back side is painted as well, this makes the wood more stable. The numbers and personalization are hand stenciled on carefully as to not have paint bleeds in the texture of the wood. Finally the silent high torque clock motor is put on with the hands.

Shipping
Our build time is 10 business days. We offer free shipping to the continuous 48 states. Any orders being shipped outside of that area will canceled. We take responsibility of the order and shipping until it is marked at delivered by the serviced used to ship. We typically ship USPS priority mail which means it should be in transit for no more then three days. Delays in shipping are beyond our control. Items returned for incorrect address or an address that the delivery service could not leave the package (or something similar) will be charged the amount of the shipping cost plus a restocking fee. Items stolen are not our responsibility.
Personalized Procedure
When ordering you must select one of our options and let us know what you want on it using the space provided.
We will build, paint, and stencil the numbers on your clock, this process takes about 7 days.
Then we will cut your stencil out, tape it to your clock and send a picture to you via email that is why we need your email address.
You will need to verify that everything is correct with the clock and stencil, or if changes need to be made.
Once verified we will stencil and ship as quickly as we can usually with in two days.
Warranty
We stand behind our product 100%. If there is a problem with the clock when it arrives please let us know so we can make it right. Any issues must be reported with in 20 days. We do put a 1 year warranty on the motor, please contact us if an issue arises.
Returns
We do accept returns. Return must be received within 20 days of delivery in the original packaging and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for the product until received by us. Any damage caused by not returning it as we packaged the product may result in a charge for the loss of value to the product. Basically protect the hands so they don't get bent. We do not see many returns and our return rate is less then 1%. There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the credit that we will apply back onto the card used for the order.
Personalized orders are final.
